US Senior Open: Ecology

Event Details: 
We have been officially named the ecology team for the 2011 Senior Open at Inverness. The Senior Open begins for us with set up on July 24 and ends with clean up on August 1. We will need approximately 150 slots filled for this event.

Attached are 2 PDF documents that all AWBB volunteers for the Jamie Farr tournament need to read. One is the "assignment letter" which gives you instructions on what you need to wear, where to park, etc. The 2nd is the schedule.

This is what was handed out at the meeting yesterday. People who did not pick up their shirts, hats, badges and parking passes will be contacted. Thanks!
