Band Physicals

Event Details:
Physicals will be available from Dr. Anderson on August 12th from 10am-4pm. They will be held at the junior high school band room and cost $5. You are welcome to turn in a physical form from your personal family doctor if you choose. OHSAA physical forms are available for download (PDF).
